Bright, clear crimson-purple, doubtless assisted by the co-fermentation of 3% viognier. Over 30 years ago, Yeringberg pulled out its original shiraz because no-one wanted to buy it; Vine Pull without any subsidy, but regretted it as much here as in SA.
