A blend of 75/25% semillon/chardonnay, picked and fermented separately (the chardonnay barrel fermented in older wood) and blended in October. A very bright green gold. Really bright and fresh on the nose, too, with aromas of lemon verbena, grapefruit pith and orchard fruits. Chalky, dry, long and seamless.
