A wonderfully broad-ranging nose is composed by restrained aromas of mineral reduction, floral, pear, apple and iodine scents. As is usually the case this is notably finer if less powerful and intense, indeed the mouthfeel of the cool middle weight flavors is almost delicate though this texture contrasts considerably with the lingering and strikingly complex finish that is, like the La Forest, almost chewy.
