This is the second release from the domaine’s agroforestry project in Nantoux, high in the Hautes Côtes. Perched above Pommard, the Dancers have planted two hectares of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay interspersed with all kinds of local trees. Again, Théo Dancer destems all the fruit, and the extraction is very light, with just one gentle punchdown per day to wet the cap. The result is, again, a bright, pure, red-fruited, sappy, delicious red. Importer Notes
