100% whole bunch from a special part of the estate vineyard. No doubt X marks the spot. I’ll fetch my coat. Lots of bunchy spice, perfume, blackcurrant and boysenberry, a little char and toast. Very firm, plenty of graphite tannin and grip, discreet yet powerful, pencils and stony things, and a very very very long finish. Excellent. Coiled up.
