The colour gets you in straight away, which even for a skinny Pinot Gris is quite deep with its richness of Rose Gold. Its packed with flavour with generous nashi pears and pink Lady apple fruits, with a pretty addition of red rose petals. It has a lovely silky texture and a touch of blood orange, creaminess, spice and elements of dried herbs that leads to a long lingering finish.
