Small Island Saltwater River Pinot Noir 2019

This is a refined style of Pinot Noir with wild forest berry fruits thats not over emphasised. Its savoury and herbal, with influences of thyme and rosemary, walnuts, a hint of green capsicum, forest floor and brown mushrooms. Its a complex array of flavours and the more you keep drinking, the more the wine reveals something new and as it exits there is an underlying power of structured, firm, spicy tannins. Its an #excellentwine that will benefit with more time in the bottle for flavours to mellow into each other and integrate further over the next 5-8 years.
