This Chardonnay/Pinot (55/45) from Northern Tasmania, is a flavoursome sparkling wine with lovely delicate nectarine fruits with a citrus twist up front. The mid palate is complex with lemon mousse mouthfeel, fresh pastry and a slight savoury note of undergrowth as well as oyster shells, before a long dry, slightly spicy finish complete a rather impressive sparkling. You'll struggle to find better at this price
