Olivier Horiot’s estate of 7 hectares is located in Les Riceys in the Côte des Bar, the southern region of Champagne. From 2004 onwards, an innovative selection of vintage Champagne wines emerged under the "Olivier Horiot" brand. Meticulously vinified and aged in oak barrels for a year on fine stirred lees, these creations honor the essence of each year's harvest, aiming to unveil the distinctiveness of each vintage naturally.
Why do we like it?
This is a fine bubbled Champagne with persistence and a rich texture complemented with elegance on the palate. Its long, refreshing, toasty and creamy everything you expect from a great bottle! Serve chilled to no less than 12 degrees to maximise flavour intensity and in wine glasses rather than flutes.
