The chestnut barrel used was bought in 2016, so the effect is milder each year. I tasted it next to the 2020, and the two vintages are very different; this is clearly riper in the nose, but it has a very fresh palate where it feels vibrant. It keeps a moderate 12% alcohol, as they harvested early to keep it that way and also to keep the acidity. Since 2016, they have been harvesting very early. They produce between 1,200 and 1,300 bottles from 1,000 liters.
