Coldstream site, Rivar Mayer on the steering wheel here. Timo still lurking, of course, sausages at the ready for snacks. Simple done well here. Scents of ripe citrus, ginger, salted peanuts. Juicy textured, a little chiseled edge to the wine but mostly about approachability and delicious, savoury-ish fruit character. Electric acidity underlying. This feels fancy yet highly drinkable.
