Lune Rouge Coteaux Champenois is in fact a red wine from Champagne. Champagne Augustin uses an exclusive selection from a certified biodynamic estate on the slopes of the Avenay Val d'Or (Marne). This is a natural, clean wine with no filtration or fining and fully expresses its terroir of limestone marl (sedimentary rock or soil consisting of clay and lime). The committed couple, Marc and Emmanuelle, retain a one thousand-year-old tradition, where champagne was still wine before it became effervescent. In your glass, you will be won over by its morello cherry colour. It has a spicy and light aromas with great intensity and persistence on the palate tempered by fresh, vibrant acidity and a llong lasting finish.
