An unirrigated patch of vines, still establishing themselves. A medium-bodied wine of ethereal scents and a savory structural latticework that brings the drinker back to chew on the tannins. Great tannins, here. Violets, blueberries, iodine, tapenade and saucisson, with a hint of dill, clove and something loamy and ferrous to the mouthfeel, imparting warmth and a strong sense of place.
