From a vineyard that's been leased since 2004 and that overlooks Queenscliff. Whole-bunched pressed to 100% new oak for fermentation then matured in a mix of new and older oak. 100% mlf. A very bright green gold. Ripe stone fruits, a little nougat and hazelnut. This is all about texture and flavour but equally it’s structured, too. And long.
