This wine has good concentration of fruit with juicy lime characteristics and fresh pears that are enhanced with a delicate influence of white flowers and orange blossoms. It is quite textural through the mid palate with a mineral edge keeping things tight and the finish is fresh and dry which lingers for a considerable time. Its a fabulous wine to match with food that offers diversity from spiced Asian dishes
