As the Founder and CEO of WineRelique.com, Australia's largest luxury liquor marketplace, Darren has redefined the online premium beverage landscape. His unwavering commitment to excellence has positioned WineRelique.com as a market leader, recognised for its continued growth, customer experience, and exceptional portfolio of luxury wines and spirits.
With over three decades of experience in sales innovation, customer engagement, and strategic leadership, Darren has consistently delivered transformative results. As Director of Field Sales at Treasury Wine Estates, he introduced cutting-edge CRM solutions and executed large-scale salesforce reorganisations. His expertise in digital marketplaces and strategic planning has been instrumental across multiple founder-led ventures, demonstrating a deep understanding of the FMCG and luxury sectors.
Darren's leadership philosophy centres on growth, contribution, and connection. A Deakin University graduate in Business, he combines technical acumen with an innovative mindset to deliver long-term value. Beyond his professional pursuits, Darren is a long-time volunteer coach of AFL Junior Football - embodying his belief that business is not just about transactions, it's about creating growth, connection, and contribution.
Trevor O'Hoy — Non-Executive Director
Trevor O'Hoy is a highly accomplished business leader, former CEO, and strategic advisor with a career spanning over four decades of executive leadership, governance, and transformational growth across some of Australia's most iconic companies.
Trevor's tenure as CEO of Foster's Brewing Group remains a highlight of his distinguished career. Under his leadership, Foster's achieved substantial growth, becoming a global powerhouse in the beverage industry. Beyond Foster's, Trevor has held key leadership and director roles with Stone and Wood Brewing Company, Maggie Beer Products, Swisse Wellness, Melbourne Stars Big Bash Team, Redcape Hotel Group, Cricket Australia, and RACV. His governance expertise extends to philanthropic organisations, where he has served as Chairman of the Ponting Foundation and contributed to the Tobin Brothers Foundation and Monash University Campaign.
A proud graduate of Monash University with a Bachelor of Economics, Trevor has also completed advanced executive programmes at Harvard Business School and the Australian Administrative Staff College.
