The dark fruited one. It’s moody and brooding, chewy and dry as a bone. Succulent texture, sure, but geez that tannin profile is serious. Sooty, spicy, earthy, sweet earthy let’s say, stewed plum, cola, salted liquorice, sage and rosemary herbal elements.
