This is a medium bodied Shiraz and the fruit shows concentrated red cherry and Raspberry flavours. Theres plenty in the way of spices, white pepper and fresh herbs through the mid palate with a mineral and slate edginess and a firm dry finish of fine tannins and a lingering level of acidity.
