Offering up notions of blackberries, plum preserve and spices as well as hints of woodsmoke and licorice, the 2018 Morey-Saint-Denis 1er Cru La Riotte is medium to full-bodied, ripe and succulent, with a charming core of fruit and refined but youthfully firm tannins.
