Havilah Shiraz 2022 750ml

This Havilah Shiraz is medium bodied with fruits of bright Red berries and cherry plums that are quite concentrated and yet refined in their nature and then well supported by elements of licorice, fresh thyme, white pepper and some edgy minerality. The overall package is well balanced out by a lingering finish that's supported by subtle tannins and a fresh acid line that makes this a very versatile food wine matched to BBQ'd ribs, fried Korean Chicken or even a Rogan Josh Curry.
