Cabernet Sauvignon is a flagship wine for Gralyn Estate - rich, full-bodied and elegant. Dense, dark crimson in colour, perfumed with blackcurrant, violets and cedar. The palate is powerful and intense, layered with cassis, spice and fine seamless tannins. The finish is long and persistent. A small quantity of this mature wine has been re-released as a Museum wine, from the owners' Private Collection. The wine is well balanced and vibrant and will continue to improve with further bottle age. The recent selection by Qantas, for First Class International flights is a true reflection of the outstanding quality of this wine - a huge accolade for a small boutique winery.
