Dr Edge Tasmania Riesling 2023

Dr Edge Tasmania Riesling is a vibrant and zesty white wine that showcases the distinct cool-climate characteristics of Tasmania. This Riesling features a pale straw color and a captivating bouquet of lime, lemon zest, and green apple, interwoven with hints of jasmine, white flowers, and a subtle touch of wet stone. On the palate, it offers a refreshing and lively experience with crisp acidity and bright citrus flavors, balanced by a delicate minerality and a hint of natural sweetness. The wine's finish is long and clean, leaving a pleasing, mouthwatering sensation. Pressed to clay amphora and old oak casks, the juice is fermented naturally, matured for 9 months on lees.  The amphora contains a small amount of whole clusters. Bottled without fining.  Dr Edge Tasmania Riesling is an elegant and versatile wine, perfect for pairing with seafood, spicy dishes, or enjoyed on its own for a refreshing and invigorating experience.
