...the expressive nose confirms that it could be from nowhere else but Chablis with its aromas iodine, oyster shell and pretty floral scents that are also trimmed in discreet wood influence. Here too the medium-bodied flavors possess very fine volume as the old vine sap is very much in evidence on the bitter lemon rind-inflected and wonderfully long finale.
