100% whole bunch vinification. Pretty pink purple, no especial depth, and doesn’t need it. Another sublime bouquet coupling the floral with the purity of clean berry fruit. Leaner and tenser than the Charmes. Excellent fruit and acid balance, the whole bunch aspect remains an integral but not too overt part of the wine.
