The 2022 Chablis Les Lys 1er Cru is the maiden release, hitherto blended with Les Vaillons. Aged in stainless steel for 20 months, this has quite a complex bouquet with hints of lanolin and candle wax–a slightly more resinous bouquet compared to the Vaillons. The palate is very well balanced with a little more weight and rondeur than the Vaillons. Harmonious and light spiced, it lingers nicely on the finish. Lovely. 92 Points Neal Martin, vinous.com
