This single vineyard grenache has a concentrated black berry and red cherry fruits with a touch of spice that provides for a refined yet flavoursome entry. The oak influence is subtle through roasted almond characteristics, with some dark chocolate providing depth and dried thyme and orange peel adding a savoury element. Just to keep things super interesting, a floral note of violet flowers completes a multi dimensional flavour spectrum as a firm, finely grained tannins provide backbone and structure.
