This Rosé d’Asssemblage Multi-Vintage is a beautifully presenting sparkling wine that typifies the Clover Hill house style of Rosé with a delicate salmon hue, accompanied by a fine persistent bead and a textural creamy mousse. The wine displays rose petal , Turkish delight and strawberry on the nose complimented delightfully by hints of toasted brioche and hazelnut. A fine, crisp and textural sparkling wine, its extra brut dosage offers a superb balance and persistence which delivers an exquisite drinking experience.
