The Brookman Vineyard has very old vines and is located in in the cool climate of Blewitt Springs that is just outside of McLaren Vale. This Merlot has aromas of prune, red cherry and milk chocolate. There are flavours of anise, roasted figs, dill, blackberry and black cherry. This is a lovely mineral driven wine that impresses.
