This maison has been producing fabulous champagne since 1952 and it is a gem. What we love is the immediate citrus driven nose of lemon and orange zest with the pinot noir shining through and bringing with it notes of white peach, red apple, pear and brioche. It has been aged generously for three years on lees, which adds to the silky mouthfeel and has an alluring richness thanks to the addition of 25% reserve wine that provides a long, harmonious and refreshing finish.
