My Method: in a slow cooker/smoker
* Season the ribeye with salt and pepper on both sides - be generous.
* Over fire smoker - make sure the temperature is around 120 degrees celsius.
* Sear for 40 minutes in the smoker turning over at the 20-minute mark.
* Cook on an extremely hot skillet - 1 minute each side ( season with butter and garlic ) spoon it over for 30 seconds!
