From the incredible, quartz-laden parcel of vines on the Bindi estate. Tightly wound, precise and refreshing, light floral elements, citrus oil and chalky minerally pucker. Intense wine, incredibly persistent and lengthy, some faint almond and hazelnut elements, and lime-lemon-saline-minerally acidity drawing things exceptionally long. Such fine detail here.
