Rahona Valley Cuvee Blanc

Pale gold méthode traditionnelle blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Meunier with reserve wine. Lemon, stonefruit and brioche aromas; citrus zest, peach and strawberry on the palate; creamy and refreshing finish.Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier all hand-picked and whole bunch pressed and with primary fermentation in old French oak barriques. Reserve wine is then blended with the base wine before tirage and secondary fermentation undertaken in this bottle in the traditional method and left on lees for minimum of 2 years.
