Rahona Valley Sparkling Rose

Méthode traditionnelle rosé blending Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Meunier. Strawberry, watermelon and spice leap from the glass; the palate shows red berries and zesty citrus with a savoury, crisp finish.Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier all hand-picked and whole bunch pressed and with primary fermentation in old French oak barriques. Reserve wine is then blended with the base wine before tirage and secondary fermentation undertaken in this bottle in the traditional method and left on lees for minimum of 3 years.
