Harvested at 155° Oechsle, this Eiswein is very attractive with a powerful nose of crystallized citrus, mint, mango, oriental spices and fine smoke. There are notes of red fruits on the palate, including raspberry and strawberry. This impresses through its citrusy acidity that gives a yellow fruits (pineapple) touch to the finish. The length is quite breathtaking and the creaminess (220 g/l of residual sugar) perfectly integrated. This is really impressive. 92 Points Mosel Fine Wines
