From a north-facing slope at De Bortoli vineyard in Dixons Creek; 100% whole bunches. A light, very bright ruby. Subtle and alluring with its aromas of red fruits, pressed flowers and gentle spice. Gently sweet and savoury with fine, gently drying tannins.
