Domaine Sylvain Cathiard - Bourgogne Rouge - 2022

Made from the original Cathiard parcel plus a new one in Croix Blanches since 2019. A fresh vivid medium purple. A clean crisp purple here, very enticing. Not immense in body but there is certainly enough fruit, a light youthful bitterness, cherry and raspberry fruit profile, fair length. 87-89 Points Jasper Morris MW, Inside Burgundy
