Champagne Vignon Pere et Fils - Extra Brut Grand Cru 'Reserve des Marquises' - 2017

An annual expression of old vine Pinot Noir (65%) and Chardonnay (35%) from Verzenay and Verzy. The parcels are vinified separately and matured in oak, on lees. Pale yellow color. Complex, evolving nose, combining notes of ripe fruit and toast. On the palate, a very frank, straightforward style, offering a beautiful aromatic intensity and a very delicious final salinity.
