Hubert Lignier - Nuits-Saint-Georges 1er Cru 'Les Didiers' - 2021

As one would expect with wines from the Hospices de Nuits, the wood treatment is prominent without being dominant on the ripe aromas of red cherry, cool earth and allspice whiffs. The very rich medium bull-bodied flavors possess a really lovely texture along with solid density while delivering excellent length on the firm, youthfully austere and ever-so-lightly rustic finale.
