A sparkling crémant made of 100% Chardonnay, from vines farmed organically and harvested by hand. After direct pressing, the wine is matured 24 months on its lees, then bottled for the secondary fermentation: the prise de mousse in the bottle. Afterwards, the bottles are aged in racks for more than 24 months. A Brut Nature sparkling wine, with zero dosage. Importer Notes
