Jane Eyre - Gevrey-Chambertin 1er Cru 'Les Corbeaux' - 2020

Two barrels made with 50% whole bunch vinification and no new wood, the grapes coming from the upper part of Corbeaux adjacent to Mazis-Chambertin. Very intense purple with a richer bouquet, sweetly sensual rather than the more refined style of some Corbeaux, but with enough acidity behind to keep it on the straight and narrow.
