Domaine Servin - Chablis 1er Cru 'Vaucoupin' - 2020

There is a vague whiff of the exotic lurking in the background of the aromas of white peach, honeysuckle and quinine. The middle weight flavors aren't quite as concentrated though they are perceptibly finer with a fine bead of minerality adding a sense of lift to the borderline salty, clean and nicely long finish. Once again, more depth would help but the underlying material appears to be present for that to occur. 91 Points Outstanding Allen Meadows, Burghound
