A moderately toasty and fresh nose reflects more deeply pitched liqueur-like aromas of plum, dark cherry, spice and a wisp of mocha. There is both better volume and mid-palate density to the vibrant medium-bodied flavors that possess a velvety mouthfeel that carries over to the superbly long, moderately austere and impeccably well-balanced finale.
