Lange Estate Providence Road Shiraz

COLOUR Brilliant deep violet, with a lighter hue NOSE A complex wine with layers of blue fruits, lifted florals, and savoury spice notes. PALATE Fine French oak tannins provide an elegant structure. WINEMAKING Combination of picks from estate-grown block 3 Shiraz and a small portion from one other northern Frankland site fermented separately. Destemmed whilst retaining as much whole berry as possible. Cold soaked, plunged and pumped over through the peak of fermentation. Pressed to barrique, hogshead and puncheon for nine months of maturation before barrel selection, fining and bottling in early February.
