Alpha Box & Dice 'Mistress' Tempranillo

The 2025 vintage of Alpha Box & Dice's returning favourite Mistress is a smoother and more voluptuous iteration that has us salivating. Dense with dusty tannin, albeit with softened edges, the generosity of Tempranillo is unleashed with all the spicy, purple fruited good it can offer. 100% destemmed fruit was fermented on skins 3 weeks, hand-plunged twice daily before maturing in seasoned barriques 12mo. From the Springhill Vineyard in Macclesfield this is a Mistress not to be missed.
