Domaine Armand Rousseau - Ruchottes-Chambertin Grand Cru 'Clos Ruchottes' - 2021

A reserved, cool and airy nose displays lovely red and black currant aromas laced with hints of earth, wet stone and floral wisps that are trimmed in relatively discreet oak influence. There is good detail to the supple and refined medium weight flavors that possess a gorgeous texture and markedly firm finish that is both strikingly persistent and impeccably well-balanced while built on a base of almost pungent minerality.
