2021 Wendouree Cabernet Malbec 750ml

Wendouree Cabernet Malbec is based on rare 19th-century vine stock material including malbec plantings from between 1898 and 1960, which provide the wine complexity, interest and a variation of theme. After traditional vinification, maturation takes place in new (20%) and seasoned French oak. This is a profoundly individual wine with intense, bright fruit, underlying maturation notes and firm but pronounced tannins.Drinking Window: 2023-2053
