Corryton Burge Sparkling is a premium Australian sparkling from the Adelaide Hills, made in the traditional method as a Brut-style wine (NV).- Typically a Chardonnay–Pinot Noir blend; fine, persistent mousse with a crisp, dry finish.- Aromas of lemon zest, green apple, and pear with subtle brioche and almond notes; palate mirrors citrus and orchard fruit with a mineral frame.- Ideal as an aperitif or with oysters, sushi, seafood, and soft cheeses.Tasting notes- Appearance: Pale straw with a fine, persistent bubble.- Nose: Fresh citrus (lemon, lime) and green apple, pear; white florals; hints of brioche.- Palate: Bright acidity; flavors of lemon, green apple, white peach; light toasty notes; dry, refreshing finish.- Finish: Long, clean, mineral-driven; citrus persists.
