Aperol Aperitivo 700mL

Aperol spritz is slightly sweet but still has that distinctive and refreshing bitter herbal finish that is much loved in Italian spirits. And it looks enticing, thanks to its striking orange hue. Best of all, it's a cinch to make. Join the vibe. Fill a large wine glass with ice. Add 3 parts of Prosecco (90mls), 2 parts Aperol (60mls) and 1 part of soda water (30mls, just a dash). Garnish with an orange wedge.
