Seppelt Salinger Vintage Cuvée 95ptsA blend of pinot noir/chardonnay that spent at least four years on yeast lees with 7g/L dosage. A pioneer of both sparkling wine in Australia and Henty, Seppelt Salinger is in 'sparkling' form. Gentle brioche and baked biscuit intermingle with citrus and a touch of ginger. The palate is fine, balanced and persistent.
