Bunnamagoo Pinot Gris

Harvested and pressed immediately, the clean juice was separated to stainless steel tank (70%) and oak barrels (30%). Barrels were stirred monthly to encourage textural palate weight. Blended, filtered and bottled after 6 months. Floral melon and stone fruit aromas flow onto the medium textured palate. Power and depth finish dry expressing fruit varietals.
